The nurse pre-screening call — free of charge
Every person who enquires with us begins with a call to one of our nurses. This is a no-cost, no-obligation conversation where we listen to your situation, answer your questions about how the service works, and assess whether a doctor consultation makes sense for you.
During this call, the nurse can explain what to expect, answer practical questions about the process, and give you an estimate of what a consultation would cost. It is an opportunity for you to decide whether to proceed, with full information and no financial commitment.
Doctor consultation fees — known in advance
If you decide you want to speak with one of our doctors, you will be told the full consultation fee before the appointment is booked. There are no surprises, no hidden costs, and no charges added later. The fee covers the time the doctor spends with you.
